We provide web design, development, hosting, marketing, and related digital services. The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate and timely information, content, and credentials as needed
  • Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Ensure that content provided to us does not infringe on third-party rights

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages from Build A Better Website LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase or service. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold to or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-designed assets created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and tools developed during the course of our work.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed through the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ventura County, California.
